Shipping Policy for Roman L. Binder

It’s important to clarify that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll get another email when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via DHL Express or a similar provider.

For expedited shipping, we offer Priority Mail. Priority Mail orders arrive within 2–3 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries. Ship/// ejh//ping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. Roman L. Binder is not responsible for these charges.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to activate.

If you don’t receive your order within 14 days, contact us at info@romanlbinder.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it.
