5 Superpowers Young Men Can Unlock After Overcoming Failure

I get it; failure feels devastating, and in that particular moment, it feels so real because it is. The feelings of shame, guilt, and apathy that come with it are often unbearable. Overcoming failure for young men is incredibly challenging.

Been there.

But let me remind you that everything in this marvelous universe is based on dualities. There are always two sides. yin and yang, light and darkness, shame and illumination.

The greater the downfall, the bigger the opportunity to change.

So, let’s find out what’s on the other side, shall we?

1) You finally manage to not give a fuck any more.

This is huge, guys; it really separates the winners from the losers.

I was always worried about others opinions. Imagine this: I traveled and immigrated from Germany to Mexico at age 19 alone. Build a 7-figure business with 60 employees, and for some fucked-up reason, I still cared about what some random person from school in Germany when I was 16 thought about me on Facebook.

Then, after 12 years, I lost it all during the pandemic. It felt terrible, yes. I ended up in the hospital with an overdose of alcohol and cocaine and a nervous breakdown. Yes, but that was all momentary.

Now, I travel the world full-time doing what I love the most, which is photography, and writing about what is important to me: helping young men succeed by talking to my younger self.

No more baggage. Just true freedom. So liberating

2) Resilience and mental fortitude

You suffer either way, but you get to choose the path you walk on

During what felt like an eternity, in 2020, when I was trying to save the sinking ship of my company after I was released from the hospital, I managed to quit substance abuse all together and developed new coping mechanisms to control my anxiety attacks.

During this time, I learned how breathing techniques combined with mindful meditation can really bring your body back to homeostasis.

Invaluable skill. Emotional detachment and stoicism are things that, before my bankruptcy, I had only heard about.

3) You really get to understand your values

Let’s be honest here. Most guys don’t even know their values; they have never taken the time to sit down and really understand them, let alone create a hierarchy and learn to prioritize.

Most people act them out unconsciously, which can work for a while until it doesn’t.

Here is the thing: Unless you have absolute clarity, you can´t make any long-term decisions without risking wasting your life doing something you do not care about. It is really that simple.

Is there anything sadder than ending up old and realizing you haven´t even tried to achieve what you were meant to?

To me, this is the ultimate horror anti-vision. A spooky, freaking nightmare.

4) You align your actions to with the truth

Truth matters. And it is the reason why i finally committed to write every single day

I could not bear the lies out there any more. To me, the attacks on Israel on October 7th were the tipping point. No more looking the other way; there are hordes of braindead people out there destroying our society.

We suffer from an epidemic, a woke mind virus, and people who hate us and everything we stand for.

Although I don´t write much about politics, I do want to have an impact on young men because that’s what I can relate to from my experiences, and I also think it is more productive to focus on building things than just criticizing or engaging in endless debates with idiotic people.

We need more young men like you.

Entrepreneurs that want to change the world. A force for good in tune with the eternal principles of nature and truth

Create a positive and abundant vision for the future

Not a twisted mindfuck about oppressors and oppressed.

5) You finally let go and lived.

Letting go and living in the moment is such a simple concept, yet hard to do

Look at catastrophic failure as the ultimate catalyst to finally let go and be okay anyway. Yes, I don´t wish anyone to go through this, but in hindsight, I am actually grateful for it.

I have this notion, feeling, or even insight now. I know that what lies ahead of me is so much better and so much more fulfilling that I can just breathe and enjoy it. The feelings of anxiety and unease are gone.

The key takeaway of this piece is this:

Don’t be afraid and go out to take risks; you´ll be dead anyway.

I wish you resolve, strength and clarity in your journey to success

I know you will get there, brother
