Consider this a cheat sheet to spirituality to generate an energy of attractivenes
I am not an ugly guy, but in the past I was doing quite a lot of things that were unattractive and I was unconsciously pushing people away rather bringing them into my life
The upside of aging is the wisdom that comes with it, and as the saying goes, men age like a good bottle of red wine if, and that’s a big if, we put in the work of self-improvement and self-actualization.
Here are my 21 insights I wish I knew before:
- Women can immediately tell if you are too invested. So just don’t and chill
- Maximum exposure to whatever you fear makes you a master of what Mark Manson described it this way in his famous book “The Art of Not Giving a F*ck.”
- The moment you start obsessing about yourself, you become unattractive and insecure
- Being able to take a joke without getting defensive is disarming and charming at the same time
- Silence is more powerful than anything could ever say to persuade
- Give hints; dont tell the full story yet
- She needs to like you more than you do. Don´t forget that ever.
- When overwhelmed, focus on the feeling, not the thoughts. Lean into the sensation of anxiety, then shift the focus on to the breath and repeat
- Walk the road less traveled as default
- Women crave men with direction, drive, purpose, and a mission to accomplish. Nothing is sexier
- Always try to ask the dumbest question
- Confidence is a consequence of continuously f*cking it up in one particular area.
- Being nice is a recipe for disaster for men. Be thoughtful, stoic, and kind. but don´t be fucking nice
- Your validation needs to come from within. Read that again, and say it out loud now.
- Be genuinely interested in people and how to help them, not fake!
- Noise breathing and breathing techniques in general are not only beneficial; they are everything
- Physical appearance does matter, so get in shape and hit the gym. Anyone telling you the opposite is a liar.
- Criticism is feedback. I appreciate it as such, but make sure to only take it seriously from people who have built something and want to help you.
- Breathe and slow down
- Overcoming bad habits will skyrocket your attractiveness levels
